The current Articles of Association containing the latest amendments are attached hereto.In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevailŞirketimiz 5.000.000.000,-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 2.950.000.000,-TL olan sermayesinin, 3.450.000.000,-TL'ye çıkarılması işlemleri tamamlanmış olup, yeni sermayeyi gösteren Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Paylar" başlıklı 7. Maddesi, İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 23 Eylül 2024 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.
